摘  要:以L-乳酸(LLA)为原料合成L-丙交酯,通过L丙交酯开环聚合制备高分子量的聚乳酸(PLA)。考察反应温度、反应时间以及催化剂用量对PLA的影响,获得优化的聚合工艺条件。GPC测得PLA的重均分子量可达21.9×104g/mol。FTIR和旋光度测试表明产物为聚L-乳酸(PLLA)。DSC和XRD测试证明:PLLA为结晶性材料,熔点为170℃,属于α'-和α-相共存的混合晶型。拉伸测试表明:高分子量的PLLA具有良好的力学性能。High molecular weight poly(lactic acid)(PLA) was prepared by ring-opening polymerization of/-lactide, which was synthesized from L-lactic acid(LLA). The influences of the reaction temperature, reaction time and amount of catalyst on the PLA were investigated, and the optimized polymerization conditions were obtained. The weight-average molecular weight of PLA could reach up to 21.9×104 g/mol by GPC measurement. Both FTIR and optical rotation verified that the PLA synthesized was Poly(/-lactic acid)(PLLA). DSC and XRD testa show that the PLLA is a crystalline material with melting-point at 170℃ and mixed α/ and α- crystal phases. The tensile test shows that PLLA with high molecular weight has excellent mechanical properties.
