论交流互动在高校思想政治理论课教学中的重要性

摘　　要：作为塑造大学生价值观、人生观、历史观和世界观的高校思想政治理论课教学,其重要性毋庸置疑。然而只有改变既往的灌输方式,采用师生之间、生生之间频繁的交流与互动才能获得更好的教学效果。交流互动能力是民主社会公民素质的必要组成部分,交流互动教学法有利于提高大学生的自学能力、研究能力和合作能力,交流互动过程是大学生展示自己、了解社会的充分条件,也是他们了解社会多元性进而懂得接纳和宽容不同意见以及必要时在冲突中达成妥协和让步的前提。The teaching of the courese of ideological and political theory is very important for its function of forming undergraduates＇ values, view of life, view of history and vision for the world. It would be effective if we change the traditional way of instillation to frequent communication and inter- action between teacher and undergraduates or undergraduates themselves. The ability of communication and interaction is necessary ingredient for the quality of citizens in democratic society. The process of communication and interaction would promote their capacities of self-study, research and cooperation. It＇ s also sufficient condition for undergraduates to show themselves and know the society, and it＇s the premise for them to know the pluralism and to be considerate to take in and bear with the differenc- es, then to make compromise in the conflict when necessary.
