摘  要:以黑龙江省二龙山水库上游的水源涵养林为研究对象,采用林间常量喷雾方式,研究了氯氟氰菊酯浓度为0.3 mL/m2时水源涵养林土壤微生物数量和土壤酶活性的变化规律。结果表明:在研究时段内,细菌菌落数量占绝对优势。施药第7天土壤微生物数量发生明显变化,细菌、放线菌数量明显降低,真菌数量增加。氯氟氰菊酯对土壤蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶的影响不明显;对脲酶的激活作用很明显,施药21 d达到最高,为施药前脲酶活性的3.93倍。氯氟氰菊酯对表层土的脱氢酶活性影响较大,表现为先抑制后激活。相关分析显示土壤微生物数量与土壤酶活性普遍称正相关,其中放线菌与土壤酶之间相关性最为显著。An experiment was conducted to study the change of soil microorganism and enzyme after spraying cyhalothrin. The water conservation forest was selected in the upstream of Erlongshan Reservoir. The number of bacterial colonies is predominant in the study period. In seventh days after spraying cyhalothrin, the number of microorganisms changes signifi- cantly, the number of bacteria and actinomycetes reduces significantly, and the number of fungi increases. The effeet of cyhalothrin on invertase and catalase activity is not obvious. The effeet of cyhalothrin on urease activity increases significantly. The urease activity is highest after 21-day spraying, 3.93 times higher than that before spraying. The effect of cyhalothrin on dehydrogenase activity of the topsoil is significant, activated after the first suppression. There is the positive correlation between the soil microbial quantity and four enzyme activities by correlation analysis, and the correlation between actinomycetes and soil enzyme is the most significant.
