摘 要:以工厂的热磨杨木纤维为原料,不添加任何助剂,采用保压降温工艺压制无胶纤维板材,通过对产品物理力学性能的检测与分析,得出了试验范围内热压温度、压力、板坯含水率和热压时间对产品物理力学性能的影响规律及产品密度与物理力学性能的关系。在热压温度200℃、压力6 MPa、板坯含水率10%的条件下压制出了静曲强度52.8 MPa、弹性模量6 413 MPa、内结合强度0.92 MPa、24 h吸水厚度膨胀率7.56%的无胶杨木纤维板。The binderless fiberboard was manufactured using defibrated poplar fiber as a raw material, without adding any additives. The holding pressure-cooling process was used before unloading the boards out of the press. The effects of hot-pressing temperature, pressure, mat moisture content and hot-pressing time on the physical and mechanical properties of product were evaluated and the relation between density and product properties in the test range was discussed. The binderless poplar fiberboard with 52.8 MPa of MOR, 6 413 MPa of MOE, 0.92 MPa of IB and 7.56% of 24 h TS is manufatured under the conditions of 200 ℃ of hot-pressing temperature, 6 MPa of pressure and 10% of mat moisture content.
