坚持五个注重,推进五化改革,培养卓越工程技术人才

摘　　要：面对我国高等教育发展新时期的新形势和新要求,南京工程学院把自身发展放在我国高等教育发展趋势中去思考,放在国家经济发展方式转型中去谋划,放在产业结构调整对高质量应用型人才需求中去定位,针对我国高等工程教育存在的问题,提出了"五个注重"的教改理念和"五化改革"措施,为贯彻落实"国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要"及"教育部关于全面提高高等教育质量的若干意见",深化教学改革,提高人才培养质量提供了案例。In face of the new situations and challenges in the new period, Nanjing Institute of Technology sets its development in the context of developing trend of higher education in China, the transforma- tion of economic development mode and the requirement of the adjustment of industrial structure for high-quality applied talents. In order to solve the existing problems of higher engineering education in China and to carry out National Education Reform and Development of Long-term Planning Programs and The Ministry of Education Document on Overall Improving the Quality of Higher Education, this paper puts forward the teaching philosophy of ＂five focuses＂ and measures of ＂five innovations＂, which provides a good case for improving the quality of engineering personnel.
