摘　　要：本文针对目前人才培养过程中产学合作现状的分析,提出了在社会主义市场经济环境下,产学合作以校企"双赢"为目标,以人才培养质量提升为核心,校企协同深度合作,让企业全程参与人才培养过程。只有通过建立完善的产学合作管理体制与机制,使高校更加科学地确立市场需求、培养目标、培养规格、课程体系、教学内容,实现高校和企业良好的对接,提高人才培养质量。This paper analyzes the current situation of industry-university cooperation in the process of talents＇ training. Under the environment of socialist market economy, industry-university cooperation should take win-win situation as its goal and set improving talents quality as its core mission. Enter prises and universities should deeply cooperate with each other, and the enterprises＇ whole participation in talents training should be guaranteed. Only by establishing a perfect industry-university cooperation management system and mechanism and enabling the universities more scientifically confirm their market demands, training objectives, training specification, curriculum system and teaching content, can the good connection between industry and universities be well established and the quality of talents training be improved.
