儿童神经母细胞瘤患者cdc25BmRNA与原癌基因N-myc表达水平的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童神经母细胞瘤患者cdc25BmRNA与原癌基因N-myc表达水平相关性。方法通过使用实时定量聚合酶链反应（Real—timePCR）观察15例神经母细胞瘤患者肿瘤细胞cdc25B和N．mycmRNA表达水平，探讨患者临床表征。结果cdc25B的表达水平在不同临床分期患者之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；cdc25B和N-mycmRNA表达水平间呈正相关（P〈0．01）；cde25B表达量不同两组患者中的存活率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论cde25B的表达水平与患者的年龄、性别、临床分期无明显相关，但和N-myc的mRNA表达水平明显相关。Objective To study the correlation between cdc25B mRNA expression and N-myc expression in children with neuroblastoma. Methods The expression of cdc25B and N-myc mRNA was de- tected by using RT-PCR in 15 children with neuroblastima, and its correlation with clinicopathological fea- tures was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the cdc25B expression among different clinical stages in neuroblastima. The cdc25B mRNA expression levels waere significantly correlated with N-myc mRNA levels （P 〈0. 005）. Conclusion The cdc25B mRNA expression level was not correlated with age, gender and clinical stage of children with neuroblastima, significantly with the N-myc expression level.
