摘　　要：目的探讨11型膜丝氨酸蛋白酶4（TMPRSS4）在肝癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白一过氧化物酶（sP）法检测30例正常肝组织、30例肝硬化组织及121例原发性肝细胞癌组织中TMPRSS4蛋白的表达，同时分析肝癌中TMPRSS4的表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果TMPRSS4在肝癌中、肝硬化及正常肝组织的高表达率分别为70．3％、26．7％、0，组内比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；TMPRSS4在肝癌中的表达与TNM分期及淋巴结转移密切相关（P〈0．05）。结论TMPRSS4与肝癌的发生及发展密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression and its clinical significance of transmembrane serine protease 4 （TMPRSS4） in primary hepatocellular carcinoma （PHC）. Methods Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect the TMPRSS4 expression levels in 30 normal liver tissues, 30 cirrhosis liver tissues and 121 PHC tissues. The correlation between the TMPRSS4 expression and elinicopathologie factors was analyzed in the PHC tissues. Results The high positive rate of TMPRSS4 in PHC, cirrhosis liver and normal tissues was 70. 3%, 26.7% and 0, respectively, with the difference being statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The expression levels of TMPRSS4 in PHC tissues were correlated with TNM stages and lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The expression levels of TMPRSS4 is closely correlated with the formation and development of PHC.
