摘 要:为研究增压式高压共轨系统的增压性能、喷油率的可调性等性能的影响,在系统仿真研究的基础上,设计了Peak&Hold控制式驱动电路和单片机硬件系统,并在Keil-C环境下编写了单片机程序和LabVIEW上位机程序。实现了双电磁阀可调时序控制,制订了匹配柴油机不同工况的增压与喷射策略,并搭建了试验台架。试验结果表明:所设计的Peak&Hold控制式驱动电路不但能够实现电磁阀运动所需的理想电流波形,且电流波形的实现不需要软件参与,极大节省了控制器资源和降低了编程难度;控制电路与程序能够实现信号的独立调节与匹配,进而使得增压式高压共轨系统实现二级喷射压力及可调喷油率。In order to research the influence caused by pressurization performance, adjustable injection rate and pressure ratio in the augment high-pressure common-rail system (AHPCRS), on the basis of simulation study, the Peak & Hold control drive circuit and the single chip microcomputer (SCM) hardware system were designed, and by using Keil-C language the control code of SCM and LabVIEW upper computer program were compiled. Based on adjustable time sequence controlled double electromagnetic valve drive the pressurization and injection strategies suiting to all operation conditions were designed. Test results in the test bed built up specially show that the Peak & Hold control drive circuit can realize ideal current waveform required by the electromagnetic valve operation, and it needn't support of the software, thus saving greatly controller resource and reducing program compilation difficulty. In addition, signals of the control circuit and program can be individually regulated and matched, the AHPCRS realizes successfully two-stage injection pressure and adjustable injection rate.
