摘　　要：我国科技"走出去"的战略区位选择要重视与欧盟国家之间的科技合作,重视美国高精尖技术领域,重视同新兴经济体合作的关系。科技"走出去"战略模式主要有主持和参与国际前沿科技合作研究、本国企业进行海外研发、对外技术援助、创新人才交流、增设科技驻外代表机构、建立国际联合实验室和国际研究虚拟网络平台、实施国际联合招标、建立双边研发基金、鼓励中小企业进军国际市场九种。China＇s science and technology ＂going out＂ strategy＇ location choice should pay attention to technical connection between EU countries, science and technology of the United States, and cooperation relations with emerging economies. Science and technology to the strategy of ＂going out＂ mode has nine kinds： organize and participate in international cooperation of domestic enterprises, advance technology R ＆ D overseas, assistant foreign technology, innovate talent exchange, add technology overseas representative offices, establish the international united lab and international research of virtual network platform, implement international joint bidding, establish double edge R ＆ D funds, encourage small and medium-sized enterprises to enter the international market
