摘　　要：以长株潭"两型"实验区为例,立足"两型"技术研发的特征,采用案例分析法研究了市场需求、企业创新能力和政府政策等因素对"两型"技术研发的制约,并比较了资源节约型和环境友好型两种技术的差异。针对"两型"技术研发的难题,政府不仅要落实相关政策,推进区域协同创新,还要根据技术的差异进行针对性支持。Taking Two-Type-Oriented Experimentation Area of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan as an example,from research and development characteristics of the Two-Type-Oriented technology,the paper studied the research and development constraints of market demand,innovation abilities of enterprises and government policies on the Two-Type-Oriented technologies based on case analysis,and analyzed the constraints differences between the resource-saving and environmentally-friendly technologies.To the research and development problems of Two-Type-Oriented technologies,the government should not only implement the relevant policies and promote regional collaborative innovation,but also pay attention to the differences between the different technologies and implement targeted supports.
