摘　　要：文章分析、设计了测度企业知识传播绩效的完备指标体系,研究了基于粗集理论的知识传播评价指标权重配置算法与实施策略,并通过算例演示了算法细节与特征。本研究有助于增强企业知识管理实施主体对知识传播节点的评价、调控与改进能力。The paper analyzes and designs a complete index system for the evaluation of enterprise knowledge dissemination performance,studies the index weight configuration algorithm for knowledge dissemination evaluation based on the rough set theory and its implementation strategies,and demonstrates the details and characteristics of the algorithm through arithmetic example.The study is helpful in increasing the evaluation,control and improvement capabilities of the enterprise knowledge management implementation agent to knowledge dissemination nodes.
