摘　　要：文章借鉴"云计算"的思想、服务层次和关键技术,提出了煤矿事故救援应急管理的新模式——基于面向服务构架SOA的煤矿事故救援应急云,并介绍了其总体结构,重点分析了煤矿事故救援应急资源云中的多源应急信息资源,明确了煤矿事故救援应急资源云服务的内容。文章提出的煤矿事故救援应急云将通过开放架构、开放标准和开放接口,实现煤矿事故救援应急软、硬资源的多源异构信息集成,以云服务的形式向煤矿应急需求用户提供应急信息资源服务。Abstract： In references to the ＂cloud computing＂ idea, hierarchical service and key technology, the paper provided a new emergency management mode of the mine accident rescue an emergency cloud of the mine accident rescue based on the faced to service framework SOA. The paper introduced the general structure, analyzed the multi emergency information resources in the emergency resources cloud of the mine accident rescue and defined the service contents of the emergency resources cloud in the mine accident rescue. The paper provided that the emergency cloud of the mine accident rescue could realize the multi resources different structural information integration of the emergency soft and hard resources in the mine accident rescue with the open structure, open standard and open interface and would provide the emergency information resources services to the mine emergency demand clients with the cloud services mode.
