摘　　要：近年来多数学者倾向于急诊科管理模式应为"完全自主型",即由急诊科医师负责全部诊治任务。我院也倾向于急诊科管理模式应为"完全自主型",现在已经形成了"院前急救—门诊抢救—EICU—恢复病房"诊疗模式和第一责任人管理模式,成功运行5年,取得了良好的社会效益及经济效益。In recent years, most scholars tend to advocate that management mode of emergency department should be ＂total autonomy＂, which means that doctors in the department take charge in all clinical events. Our hospital agree with the tendency, too. A ＂Pre-hospital First-aid Outpatient Treatment →EICU→ Rehabilitation Ward＂ model as well as first person responsible management mode has been formed and run for five years, producing considerable social and economic benefits.
