摘 要:采用溶剂热法成功制备了具有新型形貌的Fe3O4/CS单分散磁性纳米绒球。选取Fe3O4/CS纳米绒球作为磁性吸附剂,研究了其脱除水中五氯酚钠(PCP-Na)的吸附性能。吸附平衡实验表明,Fe3O4/CS吸附脱除PCP-Na的吸附过程能在30 min以内迅速实现吸附平衡,且对于初始浓度为100 mg/L、初始pH为6.5的PCP-Na溶液,在25℃吸附条件下能使溶液中的PCP-Na去除率高达91.5%。吸附等温线和吸附动力学研究表明,Fe3O4/CS吸附脱除PCP-Na的吸附过程属于放热反应,遵循Langmuir吸附模型,符合Lagergren二级动力学方程。此外,在完成吸附过程后,通过一块永久磁铁即能从吸附溶剂中迅速分离出Fe3O4/CS,从而实现吸附剂的有效分离和重复利用,显示了该磁性吸附剂的优越性和用于实际废水处理的潜力。Magnetic monodisperse pompon-like magnetite/chitosan (Fe304/CS) nanocomposites were syn- thesized by a solvent-thermal method. Then the Fe30JCS nanocomposites were used as a magnetic adsorbent for removal of toxic sodium pentachlorophenate (PCP-Na) from aqueous media. Adsorption studies showed that the adsorption equilibrium was achieved within 30 rain. And for the PCP-Na solution with initial concentration of 100 mg/L, the prominent removal of PCP-Na (91.5%) was obtained at 25℃ and pH 6.5. Adsorption isotherms and adsorption kinetics showed that the adsorption behavior of PCP-Na on Fe304/CS was an exothermic adsorption process, obeyed the Langmuir isotherm and fitted the pseudo-second-order kinetics model. Furthermore, after the adsorption process, the Fe3O4/CS can be easily separated from water with magnets for recycle and reuse, which showed that the magnetic adsorbents have great potential and superiority to be used for treating wastewater in practice.
