抗生素滴眼液在白内障术前应用疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨两种不同的抗菌素滴眼液在白内障术前应用的临床效果。方法选取收治的126例(178眼)行白内障摘除手术患者的临床资料,A组(左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗)66例,B组(妥布霉素滴眼液治疗)60例,比较两组患者术后细菌培养阳性率。结果给药前,A组细菌培养阳性率52.22%,给药后,其阳性率28.89%,给药前后阳性率的差异具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05),B组给药前细菌培养阳性率51.14%,给药后,其阳性率28.41%,给药前后阳性率的差异具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星和妥布霉素滴眼液均具有较佳的清除细菌作用,可以有效预防白内障术后感染,值得临床广泛推广和应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of two different antibiotic eye drops applied before cataract surgery.Methods One hundred and twenty six patients（178 ill eyes） were divided into two group,66 cases in group A were treated with levofloxacin eye drops and 60 cases in group B with tobramycin eye drops,and the positive rate of postoperative bacterial culture was compared between these 2 groups.Results The positive rate of bacteria culture in patients of group A before treatment was 52.22%,and it had been decreased to 28.89% after treatment,and the difference in positive rate before and after the administration was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The positive rate of bacterial culture in patients of group B before treatment was 51.14%,and it had been decreased to 28.41% after treatment,and the difference in positive rate before and after treatment was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Levofloxacin and tobramycin eye drops have better bacterial clearance effect,both of them can be effectively applied for prevention of infection after cataract surgery,and it is worthy to be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
