摘　　要：中国烟草收入一直是财政收入的重要组成部分,对拉动国民经济的发展有着重要的作用。近些年中国烟草企业不断进行并购重组特别是中国在加入WTO以后,烟草行业所面临的市场竞争更加激烈。本文应用产业组织理论的SCP范式对中国的烟草行业进行了分析,分别就烟草行业的市场结构、市场行为以及市场绩效进行了分析和探讨。China＇s tobacco revenue has been an important part of financial income, and plays an important role in stimulating the development of the national economy. In recent years, Chinese tobacco companies continue to carry out mergers and acquisitions, especially after China＇s accession to the WTO, so the tobacco industry is facing more intense competition in the market. In this paper, the SCP paradigm of industrial organization theory is used to analyze the China＇s tobacco industry and the market structure, market behavior and market performance of tobacco industry are analyzed and discussed separately.
