大学生职业生涯规划及实施需防六倾向

摘　　要：大学生职业生涯规划指导在我国高校迅速展开,应予大力支持和充分肯定。由于该项工作起步晚、搬抄多,学生对职业生涯规划的意义、内涵以及重点环节尚未全面把握,规划制定和实施过程中出现了诸如过弱的职业探索倾向、过重的功利倾向、过早的定位倾向、过强的主观倾向、过窄的设计倾向以及过偏的价值倾向等。对此如不加以有效防范,势必使职业生涯规划的科学性、可行性大为降低,对学生职业生涯健康、可持续发展产生负面影响,因此需加以科学引导和指导。College student career planning is an increasingly common doing in Chinese colleges and universities.While it should be encouraged and supported,it should take care to avoid some harmful tendencies such as weak occupational exploration,strong hint of utilitarianism,much too early positioning and others.These tendencies will affect the scientificness and feasibility of career plans and,therefore,should be avoided through proper guidance.
