基于脑内神经递质探讨补肾活血中药对帕金森病的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究补肾活血中药对帕金森病(PD)患者脑内神经递质水平的影响。方法:采用双盲设计,将60例PD患者随机分成治疗组30例和对照组30例。两组均以西药为基础治疗,其中治疗组加吸补肾活血中药,对照组加吸安慰剂,每日2次。两组患者均以3个月为治疗观察期,疗程结束后带药随访6个月观察。采用脑电超慢涨落图(EFG)观察PD患者脑内乙酰胆碱(Ach)和多巴胺(DA)水平在入组时及治疗3、6、9个月后的变化。结果:对照组DA值在治疗9个月中逐渐下降,Ach逐渐增高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组无论在治疗观察期还是随访观察期中,DA数值都呈上升趋势,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ach水平未见明显变化(P>0.05)。研究过程中未发现明确不良反应。结论:PD患者脑DA水平随病情进展逐渐下降,Ach水平呈增高趋势。补肾活血中药能升高PD患者脑内DA水平,且疗效稳定。Objective: To study the effects of strengthening kidney and activating circulation traditional Chinese medicine on cerebral neurotransmitters in patients with Parkinson's disease( PD) . Methods: In the double-blinded clinical trial,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each. The treatment group was treated with strengthening kidney and activating circulation traditional Chinese medicine and the control group was with placebo,twice a day. Both groups took western medicine as basic treatment. The observation was carried out for 3 months. The follow-up period was 6 months after the treatment cause. Encephalofluctuography ( EFG) was used to measure the levels of Ach and DA in both groups at baseline time,3,6 and 9 months later to evaluate the effects of strengthening kidney and activating circulation traditional Chinese medicine. Results: In the control group,DA level was decreased and Ach level was increased gradually after the treatment for 9 months,but there was no statistical difference ( P > 0. 05) . In the treatment group,DA level was increased in the treatment observation and follow-up period with statistical difference ( P < 0. 05) . The level of Ach didn't changed. No adverse effects were found in this trial. Conclusion: The level of DA is reduced along with the progress of PD. Ach level is increased at the same time. Strengthening kidney and activating circulation traditional Chinese medicine can increase the level of DA in the brain of PD patients with reliable effects.
