枫蓼肠胃康合剂治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察枫蓼肠胃康合剂治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效观察。方法将200例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。其中治疗组120例,对照组80例。治疗组给予枫蓼肠胃康合剂,对照组给予奥美拉唑肠溶片口服。两组均以30d为1疗程,观察两组治疗前后临床症状、胃镜变化。结果治疗组临床症状改善优于奥美拉唑组(P<0.05),治疗组改善胃黏膜组织病理形态,促胃黏膜恢复效果优于奥美拉唑组(P<0.05)。结论归枫蓼肠胃康合剂能够改善慢性浅表性胃炎病变患者临床症状,促进胃粘膜恢复。Objective To observe the effect of Fengliao Changweikang decoction on chronic superficial gastritis.Methods Two hundred patients were randomly divided into treatment（120 cases）and control groups（80 cases）.The cases in treatment group were treated with Fengliao Changweikang decoction three times per day and those in the control group were treated with OMEPRAZOLE tablet,once a day for a course of 30 days,the clinical symptoms were observed with endoscopic expression in tissues before and after treatment.Results The effect in the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P0.05）.The recovery and heal of gastric mucosal in the treatment group were superior to that of the OMEPRAZOLE group（P0.05）.Conclusions Fengliao Changweikang decoction is effective in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis and it is also benefit the recovery of gastric mucosal lesions.
