消肿乳糜清对小鼠毛细血管通透性及RES吞噬功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药消肿乳糜清片剂对小鼠毛细血管通透性及网状内皮系统(RES)吞噬功能的影响。方法小鼠分组灌胃给药,尾静脉注射伊文斯兰后取腹腔液测光密度值,尾静脉注射印度墨后眼眶静脉取血测碳清指数k值。结果与对照组相比,消肿乳糜清片剂可明显降低小鼠毛细血管通透性,大、中、小剂量组OD值分别为0.466、0.626和0.771,碳廓清速率也明显增高,K值分别达到0.0357、0.0285和0.0226(P<0.01及P<0.05)。结论该药具有明显的消肿、降低毛细血管通透性、激活并增强网状内皮系统吞噬功能的作用,对缺氧损伤的淋巴管内皮细胞具有显著的保护作用。Objective To 0bserve the influence of Xiaozhongrumiqing tablet on capillary permeability and phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system in mouse.Methods Mice were grouped and treated with intragastric administration of drug,followed by intravenous injection of Evans blue and metering intraperitoneal fluid density value,intravenous injection of India ink and metering carbon clearance index K value of orbital venous blood.Results Xiaozhongrumiqing could reduce the capillary permeability of mouse（0.466：0.894）,and the carbon clearance rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（0.0357/0.0195）.Conclusions Xiaozhongrumiqing possessed obvious efficacy in reducing swelling,capillary permeability,activating and enhancing the phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system in mice,it exerted a significant protective effect on hypoxic injury of lymphatic endothelial cells.
