摘　　要：无远处转移的局部进展期胃癌,虽然有手术切除的机会,但与早期胃癌相比预后较差。局部晚期肿瘤不可切除率较高,且根治术后复发率较高。新辅助化疗对胃癌的治疗具有以下优点:减少肿瘤负荷,提高R0切除率,控制微转移,评价肿瘤对细胞毒药物的化疗敏感性。现介绍1例经天津医科大学附属肿瘤医院胃部肿瘤科治疗的进展期胃癌新辅助治疗病例,该患者经多学科协作诊疗后效果较好。通过报道该病例诊治以促进胃癌新辅助治疗经验交流,推动多学科间的合作。Nearly 41% of the global gastric cancer cases occur in China, and the vast majority of cases in China present as ad- vanced gastric cancer. Advanced gastric cancer without distant metastasis remains a potentially curable disease, but the prognosis is poorer than the early-stage disease. The prognosis of locally advanced tumors is poor because of a high unresectability rate at presenta- tion and a much higher relapse rate after radical surgery. The administration of neoadjuvant chemotherapy has several potential benefits for gastric cancer. It can reduce tumor volume, improve R0 resection rate, act on micrometastases, and evaluate tumor chemosensitivity to cytotoxic medications. The current study presents an advanced gastric cancer patient who underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy in our hospital. The multimodal treatment achieved a favorable curative effect for the patient. Mechanical diagnosis and therapy promotes comprehensive integration of gastric cancer diagnosis and treatment strategies. Moreover, it can enhance interdisciplinary communica- tion and cooperation among medical colleagues in the same fields.
