针刺结合补气活血法治疗前部缺血性视神经病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺结合补气活血法治疗前部缺血性视神经病变(anterior ischemic optic neuropathy,AION)的临床疗效。方法选取2011年7月至2012年12月在我院门诊或住院确诊为AION患者60例(82只眼)。所有病例随机分为2组,治疗组30例(43只眼)予针刺结合补气活血法治疗;对照组30例(39只眼)予西医常规治疗。比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗组:治愈8只眼(18.60%),显效19只眼(44.19%),好转12只眼(27.91%),未愈4只眼(9.30%),总有效率90.70%。对照组:治愈3只眼(7.69%),显效12只眼(30.77%),好转10只眼(25.64%),未愈14只眼(35.90%),总有效率64.10%。治疗组的疗效优于对照组,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合补气活血法治疗前部缺血性视神经病变较单纯西医常规治疗有优势。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined treatment for anterior ischemic optic neuropathy （AION）. METHODS Selected 60 patients with Buqi Huoxue （82 eyes） from July 2011 to December 2012 in our clinic or hospital diagnosed the AION. All patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： the treatment group （30 cases, 43 eyes） treated by acupuncture combined with Buqi Huoxue law; the routine western medicine control group （30 cases, 39 eyes）. Results of the two sets were compared. RESULTS Treatment group： 8 eyes （18.60%） were cured, effective in 19 eyes （44.19%）, improved in 12 eyes （27.91%）, unimproved in 4 eyes （9.30%）, total effective rate was 90.70%. Control group： 3 eyes （7.69%） were cured, effective in 12 eyes （30.77%）, improved in 10 eyes （25.64%）, unimproved 14 eyes （35.90%）, total effective rate was 64.10%. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Acupuncture combined with Buqi Huoxue treatment had an advantage over the conventional western medicine treatment for anterior ischemic optic neuropathy.
