睫状体平坦部滤过术治疗青光眼的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价睫状体平坦部滤过术治疗各类青光眼的效果。方法分析中国中医科学院眼科医院2005年至2011年接受睫状体平坦部滤过术治疗的青光眼患者73例(78只眼)。观察本手术对各类青光眼患者眼压变化、视力变化,并对术中及术后并发症进行总结。结果通过为期最短2周、最长4年的临床观察,证实睫状体平坦部滤过术对于各类青光眼在短期及长期内均具有较满意的降眼压效果,手术完全成功率高,术前术后视力稳定,且无严重的术中及术后并发症。结论睫状体平坦部滤过术对于各类青光眼的治疗成功率较高,具有较高的安全性,易于操作,术后严重并发症罕见。OBJECTIVE To make a clinical evaluation of pars plana filtration technique for glaucoma surgery on different types of glaucoma. METHODS A retrospective analysis was done of the clinical and surgical data from 78 eyes of 73 patients with different types of glaucoma who underwent surgery using pars plana filtration technique in Eye Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, over a period from January 2005 to April 2011. A long- term follow-up was done to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the surgery on different types of glaucoma. RESULTS It was proved, after long period of follow up, 4 years at most and 2 weeks at least from January 2005 to April 2011, which pars plana filtration technique for glaucoma surgery was effective and safe for the treatment of glaucoma. The best corrected vision of preoperative and postoperative was stable and had rare severe surgical complications. CONCLUSIONS Pars plana filtration technique was effective and safe for the treatment of glaucoma with high successful rate. It is easy to operate, and usually has no severe postoperative complications associated with the operation.
