摘　　要：目的分析眼眶淋巴瘤的超声造影的影像学特征，探讨超声造影技术在诊断眼眶淋巴瘤中的价值。方法收集2010年10月至2012年3月经病理检查证实的眼眶淋巴瘤15例20只眼，其中双侧发病者5例，单侧发病者10例。全部病例术前行二维超声、超声造影、CT、MRI检查，回顾性分析其影像学特征。结果眼眶淋巴瘤在超声造影中具有特征性显像，病变形态呈不规则“倒三角”，造影剂充盈状态呈现为快进。15例患者的造影剂消退状态中13例18只眼表现为快出，2例2只眼表现为慢出。结论超声造影对于眼眶淋巴瘤的术前诊断可以提供重要的鉴别诊断信息，结合CT、MRI的检查，可以更准确地完成眼眶淋巴瘤的定性诊断。Objective To study the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of orbital lymphoma. Methods Form October 2010 to March 2012, 15 patients with ma- lignant lymphoma were studied in our hospital. Before the surgery, all the patients were checked by two dimensional ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasonography, CT, and MRI. The results of the mea- surements were tested by pathological examination. All cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results The orbital lymphoma had characteristic images during contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. Conclu- sions Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography can provide important information for the differential diagno- sis of orbital lymphoma.
