摘　　要：目的:探讨Survivin及AIB-1蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达,分析两者与浸润性导管癌临床特征的关系以及两者相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测81例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织石蜡标本中Survivin及AIB-1的表达情况。结果:Survivin和AIB-1蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌中阳性表达率分别为77.8%(63/81)和80.2%(65/81)。Sur-vivin和AIB-1的表达与患者年龄差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.714,P=0.19;χ2=3.844,P=0.05);Survivin和AIB-1表达与腋窝淋巴结转移有关,(χ2=7.475,P=0.006;χ2=5.806,P=0.016);Survivin表达与肿瘤大小(χ2=5.495,P=0.019)、病理组织学分级(χ2=9.691,P=0.008)和临床分期(χ2=10.223,P=0.001)密切相关,而AIB-1表达与肿瘤大小(χ2=0.047,P=0.828)、组织学分级(χ2=0.579,P=0.749)及临床分期(χ2=2.123,P=0.346)无明显相关性;Sur-vivin与AIB-1表达呈明显正相关,r=0.257,P=0.021。结论:Survivin和AIB-1与乳腺浸润性导管癌侵袭和转移有关,两者联合检测有助于判断预后。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the expression of Survivin and AIB-1 protein and their relationship with clini cal features of invasive ductal carcinoma of breast（IDC）. METHODS： Expression of Survivin and AIB-1 was examined by immunohistochemical method in 81 cases of IDC. RESULTS： The positive rate of Survivin and AIB-1 in IDC tissues were 77.8%（63/81） and 80.2%（65/81）,respectively. The expression of Survivin and AIB-1 were positively related with the lymph node metastasis（X2 =7. 475,P=0. 006;X2 =5. 806,P=0. 016） ,but both of them were not related with age（X2= 1. 714,P=0. 19;X2 =3. 844,P=0.05）. There was a significant difference in the positive rates of Survivin expression in different tumor size,histological grade and clinical stage（X2=5. 495,P=0. 019;X2=9. 691,P=0. 008;X2= 10. 223,P= 0. 001）. The expression of AIB-1 had no significant correlation with those clinicopathological features. The positive core- lation was observed between the expressions of Survivin and AIB-1 （r=0. 257, P = 20.021 ）. CONCLUSIONS ： The expres- sions of Survivin and AIB-1 are corelated with breast cancer invasion and metastasis. Combined detection of Survivin and AIB-1 can be valuable for evaluating the prognosis of IDC.
