摘　　要：以煤炭企业供应链为研究对象,基于平衡记分法建立低碳经济下的煤炭供应链绩效评价体系。运用因子分析法对6家煤炭企业供应链绩效进行实证分析,得出低碳技术投入效果、煤炭营销能力、客户满意指标、企业社会责任等公共因子的比较分析结果,对煤炭企业供应链的综合绩效进行了评价,便于企业掌握供应链整体运营状况,为"高碳资源低碳利用",实现煤炭产业的可持续发展提供参考。This paper used coal enterprises supply chain as the research object, established the performance evaluation system of coal enterprises supply chain under the low carbon economy with balanced score method. Through empirical study the performance of six coal enterprise supply chain by using factor analysis method, obtained the comparison analysis result of four public factors ： Low - carbon technology investment effect, coal enterprises marketing capability, customer satisfaction indicator, enterprise social responsibility. Finally, the comprehensive performance of coal enterprises supply chain was evaluated, which was convenient for coal enterprises to grasp the overall operation status of the supply chain and existing problems, providing important reference in realizing the high carbon resources of low carbon utilization of the coal enterprises and achieving sustainable development of the coal industry.
