摘　　要：针对多品种跨批量企业计划管理的特点及存在的问题,以ERP系统为基础,重新设计了主计划流程和车间计划与控制流程,按三日滚动计划进行排产,以准时配送为前提,通过调整设备数量和进度计划,实现了工序级的排产与作业管理,解决了计划管理混乱的问题,提高了车间快速响应能力,保证了生产过程的连续性和均衡性,实现了交付率的提升。In terms of the characters and potential problems of planning management for enterprises of Multi-categories and Cross-batch, this paper gives a new design for its process of master production scheduling （MPS） and shop floor planning and control based on the ERP system. According to the implementation of three-day rolling plan and the on-time delivery, the model realizes process scheduling and Job-shop management by adjusting the equipment quantity and scheduling planning. Meantime, this method eventually solves the planning management disorder problem and promotes the ability of shop rapid response, guaranteeing the continuity and balance of production and increasing delivery.
