液氮冷冻疗法在儿童牙髓治疗中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察液氮冷冻疗法应用在儿童牙髓治疗中的临床效果。方法选取未穿髓的龋源性急性牙髓炎乳磨牙80例(80颗),按就诊顺序随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例(40颗)。实验组采用液氮冷冻疗法,对照组采用常规麻醉法,观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果实验组在术中的镇痛效果与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组在术中的止血情况以及患儿心理状态等方面的临床效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论液氮冷冻疗法是一种操作简便、患儿易于接受、无副作用且无创无痛的新疗法,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy in the treatment of pulpitis in children. Methods Eighty cases （80） of deciduous molar with acute pulpitis that did not wear a cord were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, each with 40 cases. The experimental group applied liquid nitrogen therapy, the control group received routine anesthesia. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results No significant differences in the analgesic effect was found between the experimental group and the control group （P0.05）. The clinical effect of intraoperative hemostasis and children＇s mental state in the experimental group were significantly superior to those in the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion For treating children＇s pulpitis, liquid nitrogen therapy is easy to accept, with simple operation, no side effects and no invasive painless, which is worthy of clinical application.
