摘  要:微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)作为一类广泛存在的非蛋白编码的小分子RNA,通过转录后水平调节基因的表达而参与调控一系列的生命活动。近年来研究发现microRNA参与调节肿瘤细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡等多个生物学过程发挥重要的生理作用。其突变、缺失或表达水平的异常与人类肿瘤发生发展密切相关。本文就microRNA的生物发现、生成、作用机制及其在原发性肝癌中起重要作用的研究进展做一综述。Small RNA (microRNA, miRNA), as a kind of widespread non-protein-coding small molecules of RNA, participates in a series of life activities through regulating gene expression at the transcription level. In recent years, the studies showed that the microRNA participated in regulating tumor cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis, and other biological process. The mutation, missing or expression level of the anomaly are closely related to the occurrence and development of human tumor. The aim of the study is to review the biological discovery, generation, mechanism of microRNA and their important role in primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
