摘　　要：目的:建立骨刺丸中欧前胡素的含量测定方法。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,检测波长:300nm;流动相:甲醇-水(60:40);柱温:35℃;流速:1.0mL·min-1。结果:欧前胡素进样量在0.0284μg～0.1137μg之间与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率97.0%,RSD=0.99%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便,准确性好,可以作为骨刺丸中欧前胡素的含量测定方法。Objective：To establish a method for determination of Imperatoin in Guci pill.Methods：The mobile phase consisted of CH3OH-H20 （60：40）. The Symmetry C 18 column was adopted with CH3OH-H20 （60：40）as mobile phase at allow rate of 1.0 mL· min^-1, the temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 300 nm.Results：The linear range of imperatoin was 0.0284 - 0.1137 μ g （r = 0.9998）and the average recovery of Imperatoin was 97.0%, RSD= 0.99% （n = 6）.Conclusion：The method was simple and highly accu-rate, and it was applicable for the quality control of Imperatoin of Guci pill.
