摘　　要：通过文献研究,提取了影响技术联盟伙伴选择的兼容性、能力、承诺三个重要因素,结合技术联盟知识转移为核心的特性,引入伙伴的知识共享程度这一因素,从而构成伙伴选择的"1S-3C"因素,在对各因素与技术联盟绩效的关系进行分析的基础上,提出了研究假设,构建了技术联盟伙伴选择因素与联盟绩效之间的关系模型,通过问卷调查收集相应数据,运用结构方程模型对概念模型和相关假设进行了验证。The choice of alliance partners determine the success or failure of the alliance to a large extent, so there must be existing relationship between factors of partner selection and alliance performance. The degree of knowledge-sharing criteria has been introduced through literature review, forming the ＂ 1S-3C＂ criteria based on ＂3C＂ criteria of technology alliance partner selection. By analyzing the relationship between factors and technology alliance performance, and putting forward hypotheses, This paper constructs the relationship model. Date collection through questionnaires, it validates the conceptual model and related assumptions by using structural equation model.
