摘　　要：针对精敏供应链绩效评估因子相互依存特征,建立精敏供应链绩效评估ANP-AHP模型,并运用ANP-AHP组合算法对评估模型进行权重解析,计算求得绩效决策因素、评估维度和评估因子的权重值。以汽车供应链为案例研究对象,使用ANP-AHP方法对5种典型汽车精敏供应链绩效进行评估,并研究3种不同条件下精敏供应链绩效的差异性,结果表明:供应链上不同企业为核心企业时,精敏供应链运行模式选择的差异性较大。This paper, because of the interdependence features of evaluation enablers and relative weights are obtained that used ANP-AHP combining algorithms, builds Leagile supply chain performance metrics model. The weights of performance determinants, dimensions and enablers are calculated. Automobile supply chain is the case research object, supply chain performance evaluation of five types is used ANP-AHP method, and the sensitivity of performance metrics is analyzed, taken three kinds of different conditions of leagile supply chain performance evaluation for example. The result shows that leagile supply chain operation mode is not the same when different enterprise is core enterprise.
