摘　　要：近年中国食品质量问题频发,导致食品安全问题的原因很多,食品质量监管也是一个非常重要的方面。发达国家特别是美国在食品质量安全监管方面作出了有益的探索,包括建立了完善的食品安全法律法规体系,实施多方监管和美国食品药品管理局主导相统一的监管架构体系,鼓励公众参与和信息公开,以及监管模式创新和食品追溯召回制度等,为中国提高食品质量安全监管提供有益的启示。In recent years,China's food quality problems occurred frequently.There are many problems leading to food safety,and food quality regulation is one of them.The developed countries,especially the United States,have some experience on food quality and safety supervision,which refers to the establishment of legal system of food safety supervision,the implementation of the unified supervision system of multi-party supervision and the United States Food and Drug Administration,the public participation and information disclosure,the mode innovation and food recall system,and all the above measures provide useful reference for China to improve food quality and safety supervision.
