结肠J型贮袋在低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨结肠J型贮袋在低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用效果。方法将60例低位直肠癌患者按随机数字表法分为2组:对照组30例给予直吻术式,观察组30例给予袋吻术式。评估2组治疗效果。结果观察组患者排便次数、大便失禁次数、便秘人数、排便排气感障碍及排便不尽感明显优于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后肛门功能优良率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的66.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结肠J型贮袋在低位直肠癌保肛术中的近期应用效果明确,值得应用。Objective To evaluate the application of J colonic pouch in anus-preserving operation for low rectal cancer. Methods Sixty patients with low rectal cancer were randomly assigned to receive either straight anastomosis （control group, n=30）or J colonic pouch anastomosis （observation group, n= 30）. Curative effects were evaluated in both groups. Results The defecation, eneopresis, constipation, defecation and anal exhaust in observation group were superior to those in control group（P〈0.05）. Furt- hermore, the excellent rate of anal function in observation group was higher than that in control group （93.33% vs 66.67%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion J colonic pouch has obvious short-term effect and is worth being used in anus-preserving operation for low rectal cancer.
