摘　　要：《边区群众报》作为一份专为陕甘宁边区普通群众和基层干部阅读的通俗化、大众化报纸,在"办一张大众化的报纸,办一张人民群众喜闻乐见的报纸"的思想指导下,该报坚持"三贴近"原则,用大众语言反映大众生活;创立了"报纸——通讯员——读报组"的大众化传播路径,因而不但名副其实地成为边区群众喜闻乐见的报纸,而且成为大众化报纸的重要实践者。Border Mass News, as a specially popular newspaper designed for the general public and grassroots cadres in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningia Border Region ,in the guidance of do a piece of popular newspaper, do a piece of people popular forms of newspaper, the paper insists three - closing principles, with mass language reflect public life; Created the popular propagation paths of newspaper, correspondent, the newspaper group, so that it is not only the derdopment worthy newspaper of the border region, but also the important practitioners of the popular newspaper.
