药物对离体小肠、气管、子宫平滑肌的影响综合实验中恒温平滑肌槽的联用

摘　　要：以1只发情期雌性家兔为实验材料,联用3台恒温平滑肌槽及1台MedLab系统对离体小肠、气管、子宫平滑肌的影响综合实验进行了设计。该设计实验可以利用1只家兔进行3个实验,可很好地节约实验动物、经费及课时。Taking the estrus female rabbits as experiment materials,the comprehensive experiment on the effects of drugs on the isolated small intestine, trachea and uterine smooth muscle was designed with three constant-temperature smooth muscle tanks and a MedLab system. Only a rabbit was needed for three experiments ,which could fully save experimental animals ,expense and time.
