卓越软件工程师人才培养特色班教学体系的探索

摘　　要：在教育部"卓越工程师培养计划"这一我国大规模工程教育改革的背景下,结合我院以往在工程人才培养,特别是校企合作培养高端软件工程人才方面所积累的成功经验,进一步依托实训基地,加强产学研结合,深化工程实践教学体系的综合研究与整合,探索校企联合工程教育的培养模式、教学模式和管理模式的新思路,成立校企联合卓越软件工程师人才培养特色班,构建起带有示范性意义的、适合软件相关工科专业方向的卓越工程师人才教育的创新实践教学新体系。目前已初见成效,具有一定的推广示范作用。The outstanding engineers training project which is put forward by the Ministry of Education is a new pattern reformation of engineering education in China. According to the successful training experience in the high-end software engineering talent, and further rely on the training base, deepen the comprehensive cooperation, study the reformation of the engineering practice education system and research the reform of school-enterprise cooperation, teaching mode and management mode, we estab-lish the school-enterprise excellent software engineer experimental class , to taking advantages of dif- ferent education environment and resources of school and enterprise.
