手术前抗肿瘤药物VCA联合化疗对小鼠伤口拉力的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨手术前抗肿瘤药物联合化疗对小鼠伤口愈合的影响 ,以寻找联合化疗后最佳手术时机。方法　实验小鼠设 4组 ,每组 40只 ,A组为对照组 ,B、C、D组为化疗后不同时间的实验组 ,给予VCA联合化疗 ,分别于化疗后 0d、7d和 14d在背部做相同切口并缝合 ,所有小鼠术后 7d处死 ,愈合伤口做拉力实验。结果　B组与其他 3组比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,B组与A组比较差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,而A、C、D组之间无显著差异。结论　联合化疗后立即手术组术后7d拆线时伤口拉力明显降低。 7d和 14d手术组拆线时虽然伤口拉力也降低 ,但与对照组比较没有统计学意义。提示联合化疗后手术间隔时间至少应在 7d以上。Objective To study the effects of combined cytotoxic chemotherapy (vincristine, cyclophosphamide and adriamycin) on wound healing in mice and hence determine the optimal operating time after chemotherapy. Methods 160 mice were divided into 4 groups of 40 each. Group A was used as control whereas group B, C and D were experimental groups. Identical skin incision and suturing were executed over the backs of mice on day 0, 7 and 14 after the chemotherapy. The mice were sacrificed 7 days after the incision and suturing. Tensile strengths of the wounds were then tested. Results The breaking point of group B wounds was significantly lower than those of group C and D ( P < 0.05 ). It was also significantly lower than that of group A ( P < 0.01 ). There was no significant difference between group A, C and D.Conclusion After cytotoxic chemotherapy, the operation should be postponed for more than 7 days.
