摘　　要：四川大学华西医院承担着四川省及成都市公共卫生事件及灾难事故的救援与急救工作。近年来,随着该院急诊学科的发展和急诊业务量的快速增长,原有医疗业务空间已不能满足使用需求。基于此,医院将急诊科原有医疗功能区及使用流程进行全面改造,重新规划急诊功能分区和使用流程,并进行室内装修及安装改造工作,以解决科室医疗空间不足和流程不合理的问题。文章介绍了急诊科改造的过程及情况,阐述了该院成功进行科室功能分区及流程再造的新实践。Sichuan University Huaxi Hospital has been responsible for public health emergencies and disaster rescue and first aid in Sichuan Province and Chengdu city. In recent years, with the department development and rapid growth of emergency treatment volume, the existing space cannot meet the demand. Therefore, the hospital reconstructed the medical functional area and process, re-planned functional area and the flow, also did the interior finish and installation to solve the problems of insufficient space and unreasonable flow. The article introduces the procedure of the reconstruction, records this successful practice.
