山西省优势农产品基地建设对推进现代农业发展的思考

摘　　要：开展优势农产品基地建设是促进农业资源配置优化,提高土地产出率、资源利用率和农业劳动生产率,提高农业效益和竞争力,加快推进现代农业发展的工作重点和路径选择。探讨了优势农产品基地建设对发展现代农业的意义及贡献,分析了山西省传统农业向现代农业加速转变的主要表现,并提出了推进现代农业发展应坚持调整优化优势农产品区域布局,加快发展特色现代农业,将科技支撑融入现代农业发展需要,建立完善的运行和管理机制。To develop the predominant agriculture product base construction is to promote the optimized eolloeation of agriculture resources, increase land productivity, resource utilization and agricultural labor productivity, improve agricultural quality, efficiency, competitiveness and to speed up the development of modem agriculture. This paper discusses the significance and contribution of the predominant agriculture product base construction of modem agricultural development in Shanxi Province, analyzes the main features of speeding up change traditional agriculture to modem agriculture, and proposes to promote modem agricultural development. Measures were proposed to adjust and optimize the regional distribution of predominant agricultural products, accelerate the development of modem agriculture characteristic, and the technology support to be merged into the development of modem agriculture to establish and improve the operation and management mechanism.
