摘  要:对藜芦的化学成分进行提取,纯化,分析。在碱性条件下用95%乙醇提取,正己烷/乙酸乙酯(v/v=7/3)萃取浓缩液,运用高效液相色谱分析萃取液。液相色谱条件为:色谱柱WATO-54275waters C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相乙腈:0.05%甲酸=20/80~35/65 12min流速:1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:215nm;柱温:30℃。发现藜芦植物中有环杷胺的存在,萃取液经过硅胶色谱法分离纯化后,运用高效液相色谱-紫外及质谱,核磁方法,检测并鉴定出析出的2种白色固体分别是藜芦胺和介芬碱。This paper extracted, purified and analyzed the chemical compositions of Veratrum. The active components were extracted by 95 % alcohol,and then the extracts were separated by n--hexane/ethyl ace- tate and analyzed by HPLC. The conditions of HPLC were:Chromatographic column waters symmetry C18 (250 mm X 4. 6 mm, 5m) Mobile Phase acetonitrile. 0.05% mathanoic acid---- 20/80 -- 35/65 Time: 12 min flow rate : 1.0 mlomin-1 Detection wavelength. 215 nm Column temperature. 30 C. Under this condi- tions,the cyclopamine were found exist in veratrum, the cyclopamine extracts were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, and then use high performance liquid chromatography--ultraviolet detection,nuclear magnetism methods to determine and identify the two white solid precipitations were ve- ratramine and jervine.
