摘 要:电子商务时代,满足客户个性化需求成为企业竞争的焦点,直接影响了产业集群竞争力提升的能力。本文提出以客户兴趣语义挖掘为核心的产业集群信息平台框架体系,即在企业本体的辅助下,利用知识挖掘技术从客户数据中深层次分析客户所感兴趣的产品或服务的概念和概念间关系,以及兴趣度,使该信息平台能够从语义的角度自主获取客户兴趣知识,提高产业集群价值链对客户知识共享和创新的能力,进而提高信息平台的客户满意度。In the era of e-commerce, meeting customer' s personalized demand has become the focus of business competition, which in- fluences the competitiveness of industrial clusters. This paper presents an industrial clusters' information platform framework with customer interest semantic mining as the core. The customer data on customers interested in products' or services' concepts and relations between concepts, even the degree of interest are deeply analyzed using the knowledge mining technology and with the assistance of enterprise on- tology. The purpose of building this information platform is to get customer interest knowledge automatically from the semantic perspecfive, to improve the ability of sharing and innovation of customer knowledge in the value chain of indnsa-ial clusters, and to improve the customer satisfaction of information platform.
