公共资助农民就业培训满意度的实证研究——基于四川省成都市农民的调查

摘　　要：基于美国顾客满意度指数(ACSI),结合公共资助农民就业培训无偿性和服务性特点,构建了公共资助农民就业培训满意度指数模型(PETPPSI),并利用层次分析法(AHP)对成都市农民就业培训满意度进行实证研究。结果表明:总体满意度较高,其中培训结果感知、培训质量感知和服务质量感知对满意度贡献率最高,但在培训质量感知和培训结果感知方面仍存在局部不满意的情况。最后,提出相应的对策建议。The paper based on the American Customer Satisfaction Idex （ACSI）, combined with the characteristics which were the nature of service and free of the public-sponsered employment training program for peasant,establish the Public-sponsered Employment Training Program for Peasant Satisfaction Idex（PETPPS1）.And the the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） was used for empirical study for peasant employment training satisfaction in Chengdu. The results indicated that there was higher satisfaction,and the variables tbat the training result perception and the trainingquality perception and the service quality perception did the bighest contribution to the satisfaction.But there still existed unsatisfaction in the variables of training result perception and the training quality perception.Finally,the paper put forward some relevant strategies.
