摘  要:为探讨亚硒酸钠对果蝇体内谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)活力和寿命的影响 ,将未交配果蝇随机分成 4组 ,给予含不同浓度亚硒酸钠培养基喂养。采用 DTNB比色法测定 GSH- Px的活力 ;采用生存实验计算果蝇寿命。结果显示随亚硒酸钠摄入量的增加 ,雌雄果蝇体内 GSH- Px活力明显上升 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;雌雄果蝇的平均寿命和平均最高寿命也显著延长 (P<0 .0 5 )。雄蝇的 GSH- Px活力和寿命的变化对亚硒酸钠浓度的依赖性均明显高于雌蝇。In order to investigate the effects of sodium selenite on the activity of glutathione peroxidase and the life\|span of drosophila melanogaster, newly eclosed flies were divided randomly into 4 groups and fed with mediums containing different concentrations of sodium selenite. The activity of GSH\|Px was determined by 5,5'\|dithionbis(2\|nitrobenzoic acid)(DTNB) photometric method. The life\|span of drosophila was calculated after survival test. The results showed that the activity of GSH\|Px in the female and male flies were increased by the increase of sodium selenite in the medium ( P <0 05). The average life\|span and the average maximum life\|span of flies in selenium groups were increased significantly as compared with control group( P <0 05). The response of GSH\|Px activity and life\|span of male flies to selenium intake was better than that of females.
