摘 要:采用液相-原子荧光光谱法检测了饲料中的有机胂含量。在选定的试验条件下,阿散酸和洛克沙胂食品检出限分别为3.0/μg/L和1.8/μg/L;进行了3种饲料样品的测定,阿散酸和洛克沙胂相对标准偏差分别为0.98%和1.00%,加标回收率分别为70.65%~101.88%和95.14%~111.77%。样品处理简便快速,线性范围宽,基体干扰小,精密度、准确性均能满足饲料中有机胂的形态分析要求。The determination of organic arsine in feed was studied by atomic fluorescence spectros- copy. In the selected experimental conditions,the detection limits of arsanilic acid and roxarsone were respectively 3.0 μg/L and 1.8 μg/L. The determination of three kinds of feed samples showed that the relative standard deviations of arsanilic acid and roxarsone were respectively 0.98% and 1.00%,and their recovery rates were respectively 70.65% - 101.88% and 95.14% - 111.77%. This method was simple and rapid in sample treatment, wide in linear range and small in matrix interference, and could meet the required precision in determining organic arsine residues of feed products.
