颈源性运动功能障碍1例报告

摘　　要：本文报告颈源性运动功能障碍1例，患者为颈椎病以右臂无力为主要症状，经右侧C5～6横突神经根处注药治疗，7d后右上臂外展恢复到90°。重复治疗1次，2周后肌力握力完全恢复正常。This paper reported one case with cervicogenic motor dysfunction. The patient suf- fered from cervical spondylosis, whose main symptoms was weakness in the right arm. The drug in- jection through C5-6 transverse process was performed. Seven days later the abduction of right upper arm recovered from 30° to 90°, then received the same treatment again. Muscle grip strength fully recovered after two weeks.
