摘　　要：环氧合酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,Cox-2)在胰腺癌(pancreatic cancer,PC)中高表达,与PC的发生、发展、分化、转移及预后密切相关,选择性Cox-2抑制剂在体内和体外都有抗肿瘤的作用.本文就Cox-2的分子生物学特性、Cox-2与PC的关系以及选择性Cox-2抑制剂治疗PC的研究进展作一综述.Cyclooxygenase-2 （COX-2） is highly expressed in pancreatic cancer and closely related to the occurrence, development, differentiation, metas- tasis and prognosis of this malignancy. Selective COX-2 inhibitors have anti-tumor effects both in vivo and in vitro. In this paper we review the recent progress in research on the molecular characteristics of COX-2, the relationship be- tween COX-2 and pancreatic cancer, and the use of selective COX-2 inhibitors for the treatment of pancreatic cancer
