BRCA1和Ki-67在青年乳腺癌患者组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨青年乳腺癌患者组织中BRCA1和Ki-67蛋白的表达及临床意义。方法选取60例年龄≤35岁的乳腺癌患者作为研究组,同期的60例年龄>35岁的乳腺癌患者作为对照组,采取免疫组织化学法检测两组患者的BRCA1和Ki-67蛋白的表达情况。结果研究组和对照组患者的BRCA1表达率分别为76.7%和55.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者Ki-67的表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在青年乳腺癌患者中,Ki-67表达和BRCA1的表达呈现负相关性(r=-0.221,P<0.05)。Ki-67和BRCA1的表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期、肿瘤大小和病理分型等均无明显关系。结论 BRCA1在青年乳腺癌患者组织中异常表达,而且不同于中老年乳腺癌患者的表达情况,可能与发病早晚有关。Objective To explore the clinical significance and expression of BRCA1 and Ki-67 protein in tissue of young patients with breast cancer.Methods 60 breast cancer patients older than 35 years old were selected as the study group,60 patients less than 35 years old as control group.Then the immunohistochemical method was taken to detect protein expressions of BRCA1and Ki-67 with breast cancers. Results The study group and the control group of patients with BRCA1 expression rates were 76.7% and 55.0%,compared with two groups of significant differences（P 0.05）,the two groups of patients with the expression rate of Ki-67 was no significant difference（P 0.05）.In young patients with breast cancer,the expression of Ki-67 and BRCA1 expression showed a negative correlation（r =-0.221,P 0.05）.Ki-67, BRCA1 expression and lymph node metastasis,clinical stage,tumor size and histological type were of no significant relationship.Conclusions The BRCA1 protein in tissues of young patients with breast cancer,and unlike in elderly patients with breast cancer may be related to the onset of expression,sooner or later.
