向日葵治疗社区对于新型毒品依赖者TC模式的探索

摘　　要：目的:通过此研究,着力解决向日葵治疗社区TC模式单一问题,从摸索出适合新型毒品受治人群的TC治疗模式,提升戒毒效果。方法:从2012年1月至2012年6月入我所向日葵治疗社区的93名女性甲基苯丙胺依赖者人群中采用随机抽样原则抽取60例随机分成两组:试验组和对照组,各30人。试验组分别采用国学、打击乐、沙盘等综合治疗,对照组不采用上述治疗,应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)以及汉密顿抑郁(HRSD)量表,动态观察上述综合治疗对甲基苯丙胺依赖者的治疗效果。结果:试验组能明显降低甲基苯丙胺依赖者SCL-90中的强迫、抑郁和焦虑因子(P<0.001),降低HRSD总分和焦虑、认识障碍、迟缓、绝望感(P<0.001)和睡眠障碍因子分(P<0.05),体重和日夜变化无显著差异(P>0.05),降低HAMA总分和精神性焦虑(P<0.001)和躯体性焦虑因子分(P<0.05)。而对照组焦虑抑郁情绪则无明显变化,两组表现出明显的差别。结论:向日葵治疗社区初步探索出新型毒品依赖者的TC治疗模式,值得戒毒领域推广。Objective：To put force effort settling the single problem of treatment method in Sunflower Community through this research, groping the TC type for fitting new type drug addicts, promoting the detoxification effect of treatment. Methods ： Sixty patients of female MA addicts from Beijing Public Compulsory Isolated Detoxification Sunflower Treatment Community were randomly from 93 Patients divided into two groups： the trial group and control group. They were in Compulsory Isolated Detoxification from January to June in 2012. The trial group were treated by Chinese national culture, hitting music and sand table compositing treatment etc, the control group were not treated by above-mentioned treatment ,All patients were scored through the list of SCL-90; HAMA ;HAMD in the front treatment and after two month. Results： The total scores of protracted withdrawal syndrome and HAMA, HAMD of trial group showed significant difference between control group after two month. The factor scores of forced, depress and anxious of SCL-90, the factor scores of anxious, cognition disordered, slow, despair feeling and sleep disordered of HRSD, the factor scores of body anxious and spirit anxious of HAMA of trial group showed significant difference between control group after two month. Conclusion ： Sunflower Community explored initially the TC type for fitting new type drug addicts, it is worth of spread in detoxification clinic.
